Bob is a Senior IT professional, with over 29 years of progressive management experience. He has developed numerous Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Programs for various companies. Among the many skills, Bob has great passion for delivering results that help organizations to achieve their goals.  He is an advocate and pioneer in the field of Business Continuity Management.  He has provided many business leaders with real solutions in areas such as information technology, governance and compliance issues and people relationship.  He has also contributed to and was featured in a number of articles published by well known newspapers and business magazines. Bob is a proponent of using collaborative approaches for business initiatives with emphasis on providing practical business solutions.  Industries served include oil and gas, manufacturing, health, government and utilities.

Patrick Gallant, CRM, ABCP
Patrick is an accomplished Business Continuity Professional with a focus on developing and implementing plans that are tested and can be executed by those responsible for the plans.  His ability to work closely with client personnel separates him from many in his field.  One of his key expertise includes assessing risk and implementing Incident Management Plans.  He has over 22 years of experience in business management and information technology. Katie Virtue, MBA
Katie is an entrepreneurial minded professional with research and consulting experience in a variety of industries including education, non-profit, government, construction and oil and gas. Her areas of expertise include market research, strategic planning, business continuity planning, test exercises and pandemic response plans. She recently created a pandemic toolkit which KIMC sells to businesses to complement its consulting services.

Bruce Smith, P.Eng, MBA
Bruce is senior business leader, with a solid reputation and over 25 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in entrepreneurial business development.   His experiences include marketing, financial analysis, business planning, and implementation for a variety of technology companies.  He has technical and business problem solving skills with a strong customer focus and is able to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Steve Armstrong, CD, BA, AMCT
Steve is one of only a handful of people in Canada who has planned and managed large disaster responses by using the principals of Total Loss Management. He has extensive background in Project Management, Strategic & Business Planning, Disaster & Emergency Management, Policy Development & Training, and effectively implementing various Relief & Recovery Programs, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.  Industries served include government, non-profit, oil and gas and healthcare.

Elaine Friesen, MBA
Elaine is a business professional with extensive business and information technology experience. She has a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and is recognized for solving problems and delivering high quality solutions. She is skilled in workshop facilitation, process modeling, and executive reporting. She consults to Calgary-based companies in the private and public sectors, working to develop and implement improved operational and contingency processes.
